Hey partners, howz it???

Well things sounded like they were fun for the stampede. I can't beleive janna and her house that is crazy!!! I feel bad for her, but at least none of them got injured or hurt.. Yeah, there was definitely no rodeos going on here, its been awhile since i've even seen a cow..

The work is picking up pretty fast here in kaimuki, we were gettin pretty low on investigators and then this week we had three new ones pop up. One of them is a man named Ron Layne, he is in his thirties and such a good guy. His girlfriend just recently got home from her mission a year or two ago so the first thing she did when she met him was get him to go to church. He loved it here and talked about how everything in his life has seemed to point towards the mormon church. He said he has had a rough go in his life and that he was ready to find something that has been missing. We gave him the gospel principles book, the one the teachers use to teach the class, and he read it in two days on his business trip to ohio!!!!This guy is going to get baptized!!!!! All seven months of knocking doors, visiting homes, putting up with everything, its finally going to work i think!!! Ha and if not, oh well, but i really am excited about this upcoming transfer.

The other two investigators are an 11 and 9 year old. They are so cute and funny. Their auntie just barely got home from her mission and she had them come to dinner with us and we just taught them outside the pizza place right in the middle of all the city and people walking around and even though it was crazy everywhere, you could still feel the spirit so well. THose two will get baptized, if we can get permission from her less active dad who is kind of anti now and their non member mom. We just have to keep praying heavenly father will soften the hearts that need to be softened.

This was the first week i haven't had to be a psychologist, and it was GREAT!!! I Think last talk really got him thinking about what he has been freaking out about and i am thankful he is feeling better. We met PResident Dalton for our first interview saturday. He is a great, great man, he is going to do an excellent job in taking over for president peterson. He might even be more strict than Peterson, but i love it, it will be good for this mission and keep all of us in check like we should be doing.

I wish all of you could see the miracles and things that my eyes have been able to witness while here on the mission. This church really is the only true church on the earth, there is no other like it and don't ever doubt it!!! We are so blessed to have it in our lives, i can't believe how true it is and how much I took it for granted. Don't ever doubt the church, ever, it is so true. I love ya'all and stay close to the lord he will direct you in everything you do .

But ya mom i never got that package, i don't know why or what is going on, but i never got it. I hope you liked the pictures i need to start taking more. And tell brenda thanks for the object lesson things, that will help out so much. HOw did you like bruce lindquist???? He is such a cool guy and mahaney is going ot get baptized, i know she will!!! LOve ya, chan

Hey padre, howz it??? Man i can't believe the jazz lost all of those guys and i can't believe the heat!! What the heck is going on??? Man thats crazy. It will be an interesting year this year. I am sleeping good though, it is going a lot better than back home, i think from how tired we get from working hard everyday. I hope all of ya'll are doing good. That is hilarious about the kids and gaylen freaking out about it, taht is something he would be doing for sure. For p day we usually go play basketball with the zone we might go hiking every now and then but there isn't too much you can do on your mission and especially in the city, it is all for normal people lol. But it is good. I can't got to pearl harbor because it is out of my area, kind of sucks you have ot stay in your zone on p day or any day really. I am happy for weston that sounds good i wasn't sure he was going to go, but i am so happy he went you will have to get me his addresss. It was good to see trevor made it out too. Good for him!!!! It is so cool to see that they are going ot get the blessings i have for the serving. THat is rough about them and wanting you back for work, keep doing whats right and god will bless you i know that, and i know that you know that. I gotta go though, love ya dad,

Hey brah??? How are you doing??? hopefully tired from football. I hope work is going good, its nice to have a job and money though, you will appreciate doing it and learning how to work, how many of your friends are actually working? Exactly, you are going to be great because of it.

I have bee thinking though bro, you should honestly go on a mission. It will be such a great experience for you. YOu learn so much, you learn how to talk to people, you make such wonderful friends, you learn so much about the gospel, it would be such an awesome adventure for you and think of all the stories you and i could tell each other about our missions???? You'll probably go somewhere cool like tahiti or something. I love you bro go and get that patriarchical blessing, it will help you. If yo uhave any problems with anyting it will help and i know you can overcome anything from it. Stay close to god and the book of mormon when it gets tough, and when it is hard, i know how you feel, stay close and pray to heavenly father everyday and read the scriptures whenever you can. It will help ya, i love ya so much, be safe and have fun with football, be good, love ya chan
